​​​- You are required to upload one Commencement ID
- You are required to upload one Primary ID
- You are required to upload one Secondary ID
- Note that if you have changed your name, you must provide evidence of the name change document i.e marraige certificate
- Copies must be high quality and clear. Pixelated, blurry, or dark copies where information is not clear will not be accepted and application will be returned.
